DETAILS OF TEACHERS TRAININGS

1. Objective of Training :-

The objective of teacher training programmes is to enhance pedagogical skills, subject knowledge, classroom management, competency-based learning, and implementation of NEP-2020 guidelines.

2. Details of Training Programmes Attended

All the teachers Oasis Public School attending various teacher trainings programmes conducted by CBSE, NCERT, CBSE COE, Training Institutes, Publishers  etc.  by  online/ offline modes as time to time to enhance pedagogical skills, subject knowledge, classroom management, competency - based learning, and implementation of NEP-2020 guidelines. These training are mostly based on – CBSE Capacity Building Programme, NEP implantation Workshop, Subject Pedagogy training etc.

4. Compliance Statement

The school ensures that every teacher completes minimum 25 hours of annual CBSE/ recognized training. Training certificates are maintained in school records.
